Moltox FT E. coli Mutagenicity Test Kit

Intended to perform a Ames microtiter fluctuation test using Escherichia coli WP2 strains

The use of these Escherichia coli strains in the bacterial mutagenesis assay was described by Green and Muriel1.

The kit contents is sufficient to test 1 sample in triplicate (or 3 samples with no replicate), +/- S9 at various concentrations (≤6), positive controls and solvent (negative control):

Suitable to perform the UMU genotoxicity assay as described by Reifferscheid et al.2 and in accordance with ISO 13829
