IP-Anonymization
However, in the case of the activation of the IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be previously abridged by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other states which comply to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. IP Anonymization is activated on this website; a localisation regarding privacy laws is not possible anymore. The website provider has charged Google with employing this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide other services connected with the use of the website and the Internet to Trinova Biochem. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged together with any other Google data.

Contract data processing
We entered into a contract with Google for data processing and adhere closely to the strict criteria of the German data protection authority regarding the use of Google Analytics.

Demograhpic features of Google Analytics
This website uses the demograhphics feature of Google Analytics. As a result, reports can be created that contain statements on the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This data can not be assigned to a specific person. You can disable this feature at any time trrough the ad settings in your Google Account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as outlined in section: Browser plug-in / Oposition to data collection.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our website. Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA checks if the data input on the website´s contact form is performed by a human or by an automated program. reCAPTCHA analyses the mode of action of website visitors on the basis of distinctive attributes (e.g. IP-Adress, length of stay on website or user´s mouse movements). This analysis starts as soon as the website visitor enters the website. The detected data are tansmitted to Google. reCAPTCHA–computer analysis completely pass off in the background. There is no notice for the website visitor. This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f Regulation(EU) 2016/679). The website owner has a legitimate interest to protect his website content against abusive automated spying and SPAM.

If you would like to obtain our newsletter, we need your e-mail address as well as information that allows us to check that you are the owner of the email address providerd respectively that the holder of this e-mail address agrees to receive the newsletter. Your agreement to the storing of this data, the e-mail address as well as their use for sending you the newsletter can be withdrawn by you anytime - e.g. via "unsubscribe" link in the bottom of our newsletter.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a domain without cookies and does not register personal data.
