Moltox FT™ 471 Mutagenicity Test Kit
Intended to perform a Ames microtiter fluctuation test using Salmonella typhimurium strains TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537 and an Escherichia coli WP2 strain
The kit contents is sufficient to perform triplicate analyses of 6 concentrations of the test material, positive and negative controls (with and without S9). Consistent with OECD 4713:

Moltox FT™ E. coli Mutagenicity Test Kit
Intended to perform a Ames microtiter fluctuation test using Escherichia coli WP2 strains
The use of these Escherichia coli strains in the bacterial mutagenesis assay was described by Green and Muriel1.
The kit contents is sufficient to test 1 sample in triplicate (or 3 samples with no replicate), +/- S9 at various concentrations (≤6), positive controls and solvent (negative control):
- ECDiscs™ WP2 trp, pKM101 and WP2 trp, uvrA (2 discs/vial each)
- FT™ Growth medium, FT™ Exposure medium, FT™ Reversion Indicator medium

UMU Genotoxicity Test Kit
Suitable to perform the UMU genotoxicity assay as described by Reifferscheid et al.2 and in accordance with ISO 13829
The reagents provided in this kit are sufficient to test 3 test materials with no replicates or 1 sample in triplicate, +/- S9 at various concentrations (≤6), positive controls and solvent (negative control):
